Clinical Contracts :

Clinical contracts with information about clinical experience, clincal dress, and clinical grading were signed by all students and their parents in Sept. at the beginning of the school year.  Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns during the school year.

Class Room Equipment:

One - 2", 3 ring binder, one red pen and one blue or black pen, one pack of note cards

Class Rules:

Homework (HW) to be handed in before class on the due date.  Incomplete HW or no HW will be recorded as a grade of "0".

If absent HW is due upon return to class.  Students are expected to check the school website for missed work when absent.

Tests and Quizzes are to be made up within one week of absence.

Marking Period Grade:

Tests= 50%

Quizzes= 30%

Class Participation= 10%

Homework= 10%
