Please order your uniforms by September 5th at Conn. Uniform in Waterbury...if you did not receive an order form please see me.

Dr Czarsty will be doing physicals at no cost Sept.9th.  You must get permission form into me before that date...*note, he will not be doing any immunizations.  Again, if you did not receive this information in the mail please see me.

All physical forms, immunizations documentation and Clinical Contract must be handed in BEFORE our first clinical day which is Sept.22nd.!!!!!

Week of 9/2 - Read chap.1 and do corresponding worksheets.  Worksheets will be reviewed and corrected in class.  Lab....bedmaking!!
